The AOZ1356LI is a current-limiting protection switch targeting applications that require prehensive protections. For AOZ1356LI-01 and -02 the input operating voltage range is 3.4V to 5.5V, and for AOZ1356LI05 and -06, the input operating voltage range is between 3.6V and 5.3V. The output terminal is rated 28V.
